By accessing or using Routio, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Routio is a software platform that facilitates the buying and selling of lead data between independent business users.

Routio:

• Does not generate leads
• Does not sell consumer data
• Does not contact leads
• Does not guarantee lead quality or performance

3. User Roles

• Suppliers / Sellers: Upload and sell lead data
• Buyers: Purchase lead data
• Visitors: Browse marketing content

4. Free Trial

Routio offers a 14-day free trial, which ends upon:

• Trial expiration, or
• The sale of a lead (whichever occurs first)

Routio reserves the right to modify or revoke trial access.

5. User Responsibilities

Suppliers warrant that:

• They have lawful rights to collect and sell lead data
• Lead data complies with applicable laws
• No prohibited or sensitive data is uploaded

Buyers are responsible for:

• Compliance with all outreach laws (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
• Obtaining proper consent before contacting leads
• Use of lead data outside Routio

6. Prohibited Uses

Users may not:

• Upload unlawful, deceptive, or stolen data
• Upload sensitive personal data (e.g., SSNs, medical data)
• Circumvent platform fees
• Scrape or reverse engineer the platform
• Abuse refund mechanisms
• Use Routio for illegal or unethical purposes

7. Payments, Fees & Refunds

• Payments are processed via Stripe
• Platform fees may apply
• Refund eligibility is governed by supplier-defined rules
• Routio does not guarantee refunds

8. No Warranties

Routio makes no warranties regarding:

• Lead quality
• Conversion rates
• Accuracy of data
• Buyer outcomes

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Routio shall not be liable for:

• Lost revenue
• Business interruption
• Lead performance
• Regulatory penalties incurred by users

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Routio from claims arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of laws
• Your handling of lead data

11. Termination

Routio may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion, including for compliance or abuse concerns.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
