Maszat LLC ("Routio," "we," "our," or "us") operates the Routio platform (the "Service"), a business-to-business software platform that enables buyers and suppliers to transact lead data with one another.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose information when you access or use the Service.
Routio does not generate leads, does not sell consumer data, and does not contact leads. Routio acts solely as a technology platform that facilitates transactions between independent business users.
2. Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies to:
- Buyers
- Suppliers / Sellers
- Visitors to our website
- Trial users
It does not apply to how buyers or suppliers use lead data outside the Routio platform.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 Account Information
- Name
- Business name
- Email address
- Login credentials
- Billing information (processed by Stripe)
3.2 Lead Data (User-Provided Content)
Suppliers may upload lead data which may include:
- Names
- Email addresses
- Phone numbers
- Custom fields defined by users

Routio does not verify, validate, or control the content of lead data uploaded by suppliers. Suppliers are solely responsible for ensuring they have lawful rights to collect and sell such data.
3.3 Transaction & Usage Data
- Lead assignments
- Purchase records
- Refund requests
- Platform activity logs
- IP address and device metadata
3.4 Payment Information
Payments are processed by Stripe. Routio does not store full payment card or bank account details.
4. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Operate and maintain the platform
- Facilitate transactions between buyers and suppliers
- Process payments and payouts
- Administer trials and subscriptions
- Prevent fraud and abuse
- Comply with legal and accounting obligations
- Improve platform functionality
5. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
Where applicable, Routio processes data under the following legal bases:

Routio acts as a data processor, not a data controller, with respect to lead data exchanged between users.

- Between buyers and suppliers as part of platform functionality
- With service providers (e.g., Stripe, hosting providers)
- To comply with legal requirements
- To protect the rights and safety of Routio and its users
We do not sell personal data.
7. Lead Data Responsibility
Routio does not determine how lead data is collected or used outside the platform.
Buyers are solely responsible for compliance with:
- TCPA
- CAN-SPAM
- GDPR
- Any applicable marketing, privacy, or consumer protection laws
Suppliers warrant that lead data was lawfully obtained and may be sold.
8. Data Retention
- Users may delete their accounts at any time.
- Upon deletion, personal data is removed from active systems.
- Transaction and lead assignment records may be retained for:
- Accounting
- Tax
- Legal compliance
9. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data. However, no system is 100% secure.
10. International Data Transfers
Data is stored primarily in the United States using Supabase and Vercel. By using Routio, you consent to data processing in the U.S.
