Troubleshooting
Connection Issues
"Your session has expired" - This means your access token has expired. Delete your existing Routio connection in Make.com and create a new one.
"Your session is invalid" - Your connection may have been revoked. Re-authenticate by creating a new connection.
Trigger Not Receiving Leads
If your New Lead trigger isn't receiving leads:
- Ensure your scenario is turned on (active)
- Verify your buyer account is active in Routio
- Check that you have active buyer campaigns configured
- Confirm leads are being distributed to your account in the Routio dashboard
Lead Validation Errors
"Lead was rejected because the email or phone failed validation" - Your seller has validation enabled with rejection mode. Verify:
- Email addresses are in valid format
- Phone numbers are valid and reachable
- Contact your seller if you believe valid leads are being rejected
Missing Categories or Fields
If you don't see expected categories or custom fields, your supplier account may not have access to all categories. Contact your seller administrator to request access to additional categories.
